I used this service and they are horrific! I really don't believe that they have ethical or legal business practices. They raised the price significantly after my things were literally being moved, refused to let me use the Amex I had put all the other deposits on (demanded over 1000.00 in cash the day of), destroyed over $700 worth of my belongings, and to top it off the movers that did the delivery showed up with NO tools...not even a pair of scissors. The delivery guys actually walked out of my house and just drove away without even getting the final paperwork much less even letting me know they were leaving. I have been waiting for 3 months for resolution of my claim but no one will respond and the company that they send you to in order to file a claim says they are no longer handling Rolls Van Lines accounts. When you call you get hung up on or all the sudden you hear some pre-recorded message instead of the person you were JUST speaking to. To make it even better, if you call back immediately you get another person and they tell you the person you WERE speaking is gone?! Also, when you call they have your profile up so they know if you are someone with a claim etc and I'm sure that's how they determine how you will be treated. I am happy for the few people that had a good experience with Rolls but that is not the norm. I really wish I had seen all these reviews before I chose this poor excuse for a moving company.

Thank you so much Rolls van lines for the smoothest move I’ve ever experienced. The movers were extremely gentle with all our properties and busted their butts to get the job down quickly. I didn’t saw any scratch in my furniture. All my belongings arrived safely and perfectly. They were flexible to deal with and the company is great to work with. I am sure that I am going to use them again.

Rolls van lines was great in every way a moving company can be. I was very pleased with them. Their people came, helped and did what I asked them to do. Everything went well from pick up to delivery. They were very careful with packing and moving the items and offered reasonable, competitive rates. The customer service was great and the communication from them was priceless. I have seen many terrible moving companies in the past and these guys were really a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations.

When I heard my uncle wanted to move into his new home, I made it my task to find him the best moving company. After doing my research I found Rolls van lines. My uncle decided to use them and he was not disappointed. The movers were absolutely perfect. They handled everything thoroughly and my uncle’s furniture was perfectly transported. They gave a reasonable estimate. My uncle was accorded a successful relocation without any property missing or broken.

We had to move into our grandma’s house. We had to go another state. My mom and dad hired Rolls van lines. Our first experience was horrible. So we were nervous. They were on time, didn’t damage anything and the rate was exactly what was quoted. They wrapped, packed and loaded everything in three and a half hours. The moving staff was friendly and did an outstanding job from beginning to end.

I had a move that was about 28 miles and there were a few things that were not packed up in my home. Rolls Van Lines' rep was fairly new but she was very concerned, patient and thorough and the three individuals that provided the service were simply professional and careful. They were not just sitting around riding the clock - they were very hard workers. They relocated my things to a storage van and situated everything in the position exactly where I want it in the kitchen, the dining room and the bedroom, so when I get ready to re-move in six months, it will be easy access for me to locate things. It was a very smooth move and I would be requesting the same three individuals again.
