Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come "as soon as possible" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. These Liberty Locksmith Store really are the best. Online not lying. Came exactly on time, cut off my Kryptonite bike lock pretty quickly once we found a power source for the electric drill/saw. Wanted a master key system for my home and called these guys from Liberty Locksmith Store! After a quick round of questions, Mark from Liberty Locksmith Store told me that I shouldn’t opt for one. I had a tendency of losing keys which is why I wanted it in the first place. But Mark figured that I’d be putting my home’s security at risk if I end up losing the master key. I was only giving him business, and he could have easily gone ahead with the request, but he didn’t! I’m stunned beyond words! We all need an honest locksmith like Mark in our lives. Btw, as a solution to my problems, Mark did suggest I get a number-pad lock. This way I wouldn’t lose the keys, as the key would instead be etched in my memory.
