After 3 months, the new lock stopped working. Furious beyond words, I decided to switch firms and came across https://www.Westchester.Little-Village-Locksmith-Store.com I gave them a shot and I’m so glad I did. After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. If you will need a Locksmith in Westchester, IL CALL THEM Little Village Locksmith Store know what they doing!!!!

We got locked out of our loft in Westchester, IL on a Sunday evening, Search Online for a locksmith and picked Little Village Locksmith Store , he was at our place within 15 minutes. We have a pretty heavy duty lock I guess, we had no idea until he started working on it, but pretty soon he unlocked it and even did a little maintenance on it before he left!! I'd say the entire experience speaks to his efficiency, skill and service! He charged an incredibly reasonable competitive rate, $89.00.

5 stars for sure! I wasn’t new to getting locked out of my home. The first time around, I’d been slapped with a huge bill by the locksmith I hired and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”. James from Little Village Locksmith Store reached out to me with a rough estimate that seemed quite reasonable to me. He reached my home in Westchester, IL within ten minutes AND he lowered the original price after taking a look at the lock. James is awesome! He literally unlocked my door in like two minutes without causing any damage. And that’s why for all my future requirements, I’m saving James’ number 708-290-9030 and calling him up again.
