Tongue Tek/Nutritional Consulting Service works with the client on many levels. We use Hypnotherapy to help the client trust in their own decisions about their health. We use exercise to keep the body moving and steadily loosing weight. Influences from other cultures are also used to create a well rounded palate.. Organic/Alkaline foods are suggested in our plans. Our goal is to assist the client in their own goals to receive the outcome they desire.
