Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same. I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Advantage Locksmith Store. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Advantage Locksmith Store I talked to a person in Mount Vernon, NY right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Advantage Locksmith Store has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. Odd as it may seem, I wasn’t even on the lookout for locksmith services when I stumbled across this mobile van from Advantage Locksmith Store. I needed a copy for my transponder car keys and asked if the technician could make it. He offered to make it then and there, within 30 minutes at a price that was less than half of what the dealership would otherwise charge. Amazed, I gave him the go-ahead and he got started. Last Saturday I had a appointment with Advantage Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. First, I live in the Mount Vernon, NY and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Advantage Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Advantage Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!
