Super Locksmith Service is absolutely the best! This is the second time I’ve worked with them and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. The suggestions were incredibly insightful and helped me pick the right lock for maximum security. The second time I hired them was in an emergency. I got locked out of my home past midnight and called their number 219-728-5189. A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock. I will never use another locksmith again. Super Locksmith Service is great, be it for emergencies, or standard everyday work. The best in Gary, IN. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

I called Super Locksmith Service about a problem I was having with two locks in my home. Jerry returned my call quickly, was here within an hour, and had my problem solved the same afternoon, all for an extremely reasonable fee. I highly recommend Super Locksmith Service !

I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Super Locksmith Service and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Super Locksmith Service ! :)

Super Locksmith Service did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend Super Locksmith Service to everyone in Gary, IN.!

LOVE Super Locksmith Service ! Our bottom lock - that had been installed less than a year ago by another guy - had been sticking for months now and I figured we should get that fixed. Spotted a Living Social deal and snapped it up quick. Very easy to schedule, though they seem busy! When Edwardo arrived he was very efficient and professional. Was able to explain what was going on and what went wrong. (The previous locksmith had given us an old gnarly lock!) Replaced it, charged what was on the website, and he was off! Great to work with - we'll definitely be using him for future locksmithing! Super Locksmith Service is the company to call.

And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job. 4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed. 5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got. Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Super Locksmith Service folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Super Locksmith Service !!!
