Last Saturday I had a appointment with Central Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make. He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Let me stress that Mike had already fixed the cylinder lock the first time; this extra work was his awesome and generous service in full effect.
