I am a big HGTV fan and thought I knew everything I should do to stage my home for sale by viewing their programming. I am glad that I contracted with Williams' Haven, LLC to stage my home for me, as I did not know as much as I thought I knew. Michelle provided me with much invaluable information. She showed me things I had overlooked. She also showed me better ways to showcase my home. I was fortunate to have things in my own home to showcase it better and make my home look neutral. Michelle is very patient and knowledgable. She does not force you to change how your home looks and how it will be presented to others. She does show you better options. She provides storyboards that show how you how you can improve your surroundings. Michelle follows up after the staging is complete with suggestions on how to maintain the look of your home during the selling process. She provided me with services that I will be able to use to decorate my new home. Pairing down has been wonderful for me. My home looks so much better being decluttered.
