After wasting over 3 hours of my time, they’d only managed to get half the job done and said they’ll come the next morning to finish up the rest. Seriously? Dave from Safe & Key Shop is an honest man in a mostly dishonest business. I asked him to help my mom out with the deadbolt on her door. He went out to Chicago Ridge, IL without issue. I initially was expecting him to install a Medco lock with a new deadbolt but when he arrived he decided that all that was needed was some adjustments and he only charged us for service. Safe & Key Shop rescued me from the worst possible situation anyone could ever be in! It was a series of unfortunate events that led me to being locked out of my car on a deserted highway.
