Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. This is a top-notch company! When my tenant moved out, I needed to have all the locks re-keyed. Based on the great reviews I called Affordable Locksmith Services - and completely agree with all of the raves. A very polite woman took my call and information, letting me know that the locksmith would contact me shortly. Paul called me within an hour or so and I was scheduled for the next day. It was James who actually came to re-key my locks. He arrived on time, was extremely pleasant and professional, and had my locks all done within an hour! The price was reasonable, and as quoted. Hope I don't need it, but this will be my go-to locksmith!

Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had locked ourselves out of our new apartment a day after moving in. Fortunately, we had access online and were able to see the reviews here for Affordable Locksmith Services. David was amazing! After hearing so many horror stories of shady locksmiths, we were worried about being taken for a ride. David was everything other reviewers have said - he charged a flat fee, even took a little off because he couldn't be here immediately. Really, we couldn't thank him enough for helping us out when we were in such a tight spot. I hope if you are ever in the unfortunate position of needing an emergency locksmith that you are fortunate enough to meet David and the whole crue.

We recently moved and wanted to re-key our new place. Edwardo was very responsive on the phone; Mike came as scheduled; and everything went very smoothly. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and explained everything he was doing (including improving on the original installations). Because of our mistake, we missed one of our doors and had to call Mike back out on a separate appointment. He was very accommodating and just as professional as before. We couldn't ask for more. So if you will need a Locksmith Company i really recomend this company they are the best in Manassas, VA
