Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store if they could refer a company who does onsite service. They did, and I got a quote for about $350. Aqua Locksmith Store - who I found on here - was able to do it for half that. They were helpful, patient, and clear. Paul was the guy I arranged things with, and James actually did the work that day. It was simple, easy, quick, and affordable.

Aqua Locksmith Store was awesome. I called to get a lock rekeyed and they were able to get to my office and do the job within 2 hours....even in the snow! They were very professional and everything was explained and double checked to make sure it was done the right way.

I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one. Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Aqua Locksmith Store folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam.
