It was dark and when I heard a thud, I thought I’d hit something, and stepped out to check. Turns out, it was only a rock. Relieved, I turned to my vehicle and fumbled for the keys in my pocket. That’s when it dawned on me – I didn’t take them out in the first place! And sure enough, it was still in the ignition. Furious with myself, I did what any sane person would do in such a situation – call for help!
