After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Parker Locksmith Store to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.

Of all the things I didn’t approve of in my neighbor, this one decision was something that I was actually glad he made! The technician from Parker Locksmith Store was extremely talented. He examined the lock, put forth a couple of suggestions, asked us to make a pick and installed the required lock in no time. He also provided a few tips to maintain the locks and increase their longevity even further. When the bill was handed out, the total amount barely equaled the amount I expected to pay after splitting the bill. Extremely affordable! The best in Ogden, UT! Do give them a shot!

Last Saturday I had a appointment with Parker Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. I decided to explore other alternatives and based on a friend’s suggestion I called Eric from Parker Locksmith Store, and he was able to get two spares made at quite a reasonable price. Also, he got the job done in around 30 minutes, while a couple of dealerships I spoke to needed over a week. Wow! That’s super fast service from Parker Locksmith Store. 10/10 definitely!
