To my utter disbelief, a technician reached my location promptly based on the vague hints I'd given when asked for location. It took him even less time to get my car opened up and retrieve my keys. I wasn’t expecting it, especially not when I was tired and looking forward to getting some sleep! Thankfully, the guys over at City Locksmith Services were extremely understanding of my situation. I called them up after finding their number listed on their website http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and they took less than 15 minutes to get there. They got the lock working temporarily and I scheduled an appointment the next day, to get them replaced with better ones. Smooth, efficient and completely affordable! As far as I know, they’re the best in Wilsonville, OR!

I can't recommend this guy enough. City Locksmith Services The best in Wilsonville, OR. Tom is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation (and sometimes without even prompting) to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. Simply awesome. Lost the keys to my car and didn't have a replacement. Called in the morning and received a call back from Paul. He came that afternoon, on time and even called ahead to let me know he was 20 minutes away. Very nice guy and after calling other dealerships for prices, he was reasonable and much more convenient than having to tow my car to the dealership. He was also efficient and knew exactly what to do, and was in and out in 20 minutes. If only everything in life was this easy, upfront and efficient. Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that City Locksmith Services had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone! City Locksmith Services is the company to call when you will need a Locksmith Service!!

After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Wilsonville, OR , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter City Locksmith Services. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Wilsonville, OR that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call City Locksmith Services if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!

I had my reasons for avoiding locksmiths, plumbers, and other servicemen. If you get charged 200 bucks for a job that isn’t worth even half the price, you’re bound to develop an aversion for them. But there are those times, when you’ve got no other go, but to simply give in and break your do-it-yourself rule! After a fallout with one of my neighbors, I needed to get my locks rekeyed and my MulTlocks weren’t that easy to be rekeyed by someone like me, though I’ve attempted installations and repairs in the past. Based upon the suggestion of Tim, a friend who stressed that these guys were quite unlike other locksmiths, I called City Locksmith Services up after finding their details on http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. To my surprise, these guys were not only efficient, polite, and quick, they charged me a bare minimum of $40 for getting the job done. Tim was right! These guys really were different!!!! Now here’s a locksmith that I wouldn’t think twice about calling! Great job!! You guys are surely the best in Wilsonville, OR!!!!
