I moved into my new condo a few months ago and kept slacking on adding a deadbolt. Having heard that there were rumored break-ins in my building, I knew it was time to get the deed done. Early on Saturday morning I scanned Online for a reputable locksmith company and came across All County Locksmith Store. I filled out the online form and Tom responded to me in about 30 minutes. Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call All County Locksmith Store after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in New Brunswick, NJ --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. He was in and out in within 20 minutes. And in the end, he reassured me that the whole-foot-on-the-doorknob thing is more common than one would think.

Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). I called Mike to see if he could assist. I was eventually able to get myself in, but Mike still insisted on coming by to see if there was any further adjustments he could make. He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this. Let me stress that Mike had already fixed the cylinder lock the first time; this extra work was his awesome and generous service in full effect. I cannot remember the last time I had service this great. All County Locksmith Store is the BEST!!!!

Today I locked myself out of my apartment and my apartment does not have lock out service. "Call the Locksmith!" Thanks to Online search I was able to find this place and I am totally impressed with the service. I felt like a valued customer because they treated me with such high regard.... After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. I just moved to a new place and I noticed that previous tenant had been coming back to get his mail. So I figured why not change the mailbox lock and also get the locks to my door re-keyed. The mailbox lock was easy to swap out by myself. But for the re-keying I needed a pro. I checked Online and the only one I found around me with reputable ratings was All County Locksmith Store. The work was quick despite problems with my fancy Omnia locks. He gets the job done and I'm good to go. He even grinded the deadbolt hole to make the lock easier to turn. I needed my locks changed, but John from All County Locksmith Store believed otherwise after he’d taken a look at the locks. They were quite new and he believed rekeying them will do the trick AND help me save a substantial amount. I agreed, of course and within an hour he was done with the job.
