5 stars for sure! I wasn’t new to getting locked out of my home. The first time around, I’d been slapped with a huge bill by the locksmith I hired and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”. James from Master Lock & Key Store reached out to me with a rough estimate that seemed quite reasonable to me.
