It’s been ages since I’d got a maintenance check done on my locks, doors and other hardware and figured it was time! The firm I used to call up apparently went out of business years ago, so I took to the internet and found http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com. Metro Master Locksmith had been in the business for years now and claimed to offer affordable, round-the-clock services. Didn’t know if they’d really live up to the tall claims they’d made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm. Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. I’d never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. He went about his job like a total pro, explained what he was about to do clearly, gave me a couple of options and gave me the precise amount he’ll charge for it! This came as a complete surprise as I didn’t expect him to be this upfront! Also, the price he quoted seemed less for the magnitude of the job he was about to carry out. I was sure he’ll throw in a few extra charges on the final bill, but to my amazement I was proved wrong… Eric is incredible and kudos to the entire team at Metro Master Locksmith for providing outstanding services in Needham, MA. FANATASTIC SERVICES! Highly recommend to all!

This Locksmith Company was fantastic. Very reasonably priced, very quick and professional and, as an extra, I got my door realigned (I never even knew it was not properly aligned, but I realized it was better afterwards) and I got some safety tips. Definitely the go-to guy for locksmith services in the area.

I lost the keys to my car, Metro Master Locksmith was not only able to make a new key on time, but I was even awarded a discount on the bill after redeeming a coupon I found on their website https://www.Needham.Metro-Master-Locksmith.com. Will call them again! No.1 in Needham, MA.
