Garden Design Inc. is a full service landscape company providing all phases of landscape design, landscape architecture, landscape maintenance and landscape construction services to the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania. We have been in business over 30 years landscaping in Allentown, The West End Allentown, Bethlehem, Macungie, Emmaus, Center Valley, Saucon Valley and Coopersburg. Garden Design INc. offers mulching services and lawn maintenance services in West End Allentown. Garden Design Inc. was started by Joanne Kostecky in 1985. It is currently owned by Frederick Learey. Frederick has a landscape architect degree from the University of California. He has built and designed landscape projects over 30 years. Projects have included outdoor patios, walkways, landscape plantings, outdoor kitchens, outdoor fireplaces, decks, pergolas, swimming pools, landscape lighting, irrigation, commercial landscaping, healing gardens, health care gardens, children's gardens and more, Frederick personally meets with each clients and maintains and intimate and direct contact with each client throughout the landscaping process. Garden Design Inc. has won more landscape design and landscape construction awards than any company in Pennsylvania. We are the most highly award winning landscape company in our region. Award winning projects include outdoor living, outdoor patio, walkway, landscape plantings and swimmings pools. Landscape design and construction is an art and a science that Frederick Learey has practiced professionally for over thirty years. In March 2014 he purchased Garden Design Inc., a company that has installed and maintained landscapes in the Lehigh Valley since 1979 (formally known as Joanne Kostecky Garden Design). Prior to this new challenge, Frederick spent eight years building a Bucks County company from local fledgling to regional elite. He brings a unique, broad range of design, construction and management experience to practice in the Lehigh Valley. Frederick is a Landscape Architecture graduate of the University of California where he earned highest honors from the American Society of Landscape Architects. He attended high school at the George School in Bucks County. Frederick practiced the landscape trade in California, Georgia and Ohio before returning to the Lehigh Valley 13 years ago. He has worked on projects ranging from residential homes in Allentown to elaborate estates in the Hamptons, small office buildings to health care campuses.
