So Pier420 asked me to give a review on my experience after I placed a order for a yocan thor in september , I got the set quick and have been extremely happy so far , a nero burner went out and Pier explained the temp I should be operating at and also replaced the coil for free couldn’t be happier

This is the biggest pile of crap company that I have ever dealt with. First and foremost, they lie about everything. This business stands for crooked practices. They say they offer free two day shipping on all orders. They lie and take the money out for shipping. They do not answer phone calls no matter what time you call, and they don't return calls if you leave a voice mail. Also they claim to have live chat on their website, but of course that is also a lie. I've reported them to the BBB, and although pier420 is not BBB accredited, they are going to take the much needed steps to getting this business exposed for the crap they portray. By the way folks, their pictures for their products also don't match. What I saw in the picture and then ordered, not even remotely close to what was in the picture. Not to mention I ordered one piece and received two pieces. Anyone who thinks these guys are great, are nuts. Take you're business elsewhere. These guys SUCK!!!
