Today I checked my previous reviews and realized that I've never put a review for this wonderful business. Erick had helped my wife and I install a new door lock in our home about 2 years ago in Union City, NJ. He is super professional and made the process very painless. Normally this would be a 4 star review but after the new lock install our door malfunctioned causing the lock be stuck closed. Without hesitation Erick drives over, in the middle of the night, from the city to help fix our issue even though it wasn't his fault. This business definitely deserves the 5 stars.

I wanted a more secure lock on my door, and Dave provided me with a range of options with a full explanation of each one -- so much better than the other locksmiths I called, who basically gave me one-word, non-negotiable answers. He was prompt, extremely friendly, and had a fair price. I was really blown away by how positive the whole experience was; I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one.
