Bottom line: Henry is a top-notch locksmith who was polite, timely, and highly knowledgeable Locksmith Company. From the first phone inquiry to the professional completion of the lock change, the service was impeccable and the price was right. We have hired his Locksmith Company twice now and I cannot more confidently recommend a locksmith for both residential and commercial properties. The first time we requested services from Westfield Locksmith Store was when we moved into our new apartment the previous tenant moved out and didn't leave the deadbolt key, thanks. Danny arrived at our apartment early the next day and confirmed that we didn't need a top lock change - a cylinder change was sufficient enough and saved us over $50. After our business was broken into a couple weeks ago, I immediately recommended Westfield Locksmith Store to our office manager. His professionalism was as good as I remembered it: He was at our office within a couple hours and quickly had all the locks changed out at the prices quoted on his website, which were - again - by far better than any competitor. Our office manager, even in her chaotic state, was so impressed with his friendliness that she sent his contact information around the entire office.

Nearly everyone was getting their locks changed to these ultra-modern ones and I had been wondering contemplating it for a while. But I wasn’t sure how well these locks would fare. So, I called Jeff from Westfield Locksmith Store for advice. He assessed the property and advised me against opting for it, unless my only goal was to spend a fortune for a futuristic-looking lock. The locks in place were good enough, although he did advise new locks for the windows. He could have sold me an expensive lock and made money, but instead, he offered genuine advice. And I really appreciate Jeff for it! Now Westfield Locksmith Store has become one-stop destination in Westfield, NJ for all things locksmith and security! It just can’t get any better than this! Recommend them!

Caught an advert recently on TV for a voice-activated lock and ordered it right away. I had a thing for all things tech and I just couldn’t miss out on this one! It worked fine for a week but after that, there was a considerable drop in the performance, and the troubles kept mounting up day after day. I decided to call someone to take a look at the nearly useless $200 lock. After Jones from Westfield Locksmith Store took a look, he confirmed my worst fear. The lock was of the worst quality and had I waited a little longer, I’d have either been locked out of my own home or would have returned to a burgled home. Jones was strictly against products advertized on telly. According to him, they are either fake or overpriced. Well, my two-hundred bucks were gone! Wish I’d received that piece of info earlier. Nevertheless, Jones got a new lock installed, a far better one at a modest price! From now on, I’m only relying on his advice for all things related to locks. Highly recommend Jones and his team from Westfield Locksmith Store. Frankly, they’ve got great technicians onboard and are the BEST in Westfield, NJ!!!

When I saw all the amazing reviews, I thought "can a locksmith really be this great?" Yes. They Can. I got locked out of my apartment the other night, with a busted doorknob that wouldn't turn. Westfield Locksmith Store had a bunch of other jobs but made sure to keep in touch with me and let me know what time he'd be there. Showed up in an hour and within 10 minutes, my door was opened. And he completely fixed my doorknob all for under $100 late night. Mike the tech doesn't want to rip you off, and you can tell he really wants to do a great job and be friendly while also helping the customer out.

After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Westfield Locksmith Store was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional! Hats off to Jones and his team from Westfield Locksmith Store!!! Keep up the great work in Westfield, NJ! Five stars all around!!!
