Henrry is a rockstar. Unbelievably prompt, friendly communication, plus he set up a time to change out my locks outside of their normal service area on the day I was leaving town. He was very knowledgeable, giving us an overview on what the existing lock was like, etc. He even recommended a cheaper service that what I initially called him for after looking at our lock. Service was very quick, and he left everything clean and tidied up. Didn't rush us through or seem hurried, chatted with us throughout the entire install, even recommending a couple of great pizza spots in our neighborhood. Based on Company glowing reviews, I decided to call Miami Advantage Locksmith after an unfortunate incident with my foot and a doorknob (you read that correctly -- it's a long story). Erick is the third locksmith I've dealt with here in Miami, FL --- and easily the coolest. His price estimates are far lower than the others I've seen. So what's the catch? There wasn't. Awesome service, good speed, excellent prices and attention to detail. Miami Advantage Locksmith replaced the lost key with a new one and reconfigured the system to erase the details of the old key. They got that done quickly and I still had time to spare. They even rekeyed the locks in my home upon request, though I hadn’t hired them for it in the first place. If stolen car keys could be misused so could the home keys, and I didn’t want to take any chances.
