Lutz Locksmith Store rescued me from the worst possible situation anyone could ever be in! It was a series of unfortunate events that led me to being locked out of my car on a deserted highway. It was dark and when I heard a thud, I thought I’d hit something, and stepped out to check. Turns out, it was only a rock. Relieved, I turned to my vehicle and fumbled for the keys in my pocket. When I first scheduled to have my lock replaced, no one came to my apt. I thought I was receiving second class treatment because I had a Groupon, but it turned out that the guy had an accident earlier that day. I spoke with Jerry and he said he would personally come to complete the job. He was really nice. My security guards were giving us a hard time and he kept a good humor about the whole situation. He also upgraded my lock because of the issue with the first the appointment which I really appreciated. Todd was sweet, professional and prompt. I would recommend him to all my friends. Quick and great Locksmith Service. Price is the best in the area! I called and he came within 10-15 (probably depends on the area though) and literally opened my front door in a minute! You can tell he has years of experience. Hopefully I don't get locked out again but if I do Lutz Locksmith Store will be the one I call :)

I generally don’t write reviews but my story simply cannot be left unsaid. It was one of my regular trips back home. I work late shifts and pick up food from a local café every night. This time, however, I forgot to retrieve my car keys and it was only after I had slammed the door shut behind me did I realize what I’d just done! There wasn’t any public transportation available at that hour, and I didn’t have enough money to pay up a towing service either. The guy at the café handed out Lutz Locksmith Store’s number to me. I called them up stating my requirements and the make and model of my car. They quoted a surprisingly low price over the phone (there’s another surprise - I didn’t think anyone offered upfront pricing these days). Within fifteen minutes, there was a locksmith over at the scene and it took him merely seconds to unlock my car and fetch the keys. Had it not been for Lutz Locksmith Store, I would have probably spent the night at the café and waited for a dealership to open in the morning. Thanks to you guys, I got myself a good night’s sleep.
