You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It’s been ages since I’d got a maintenance check done on my locks, doors and other hardware and figured it was time! Didn’t know if they’d really live up to the tall claims they’d made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm. Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. I’d never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations.
