Easily 5 stars! The keys were stolen which meant that I needed to get my locks rekeyed right away. Most firms I called in White Plains, NY offered a reasonable price, but didn’t fix a proper time and instead offered 2 hour or 4 hour windows, which meant that I had to take a day off from work. I lost my transponder keys – AGAIN! The last time the dealer charged me around $400 for one key and I was quickly on the edge of panic. Apparently, my car needed some updated software to program the key but Eddie assured me I didn’t have to pay for it and charged me what he quoted over the phone. A man of his word! The key fob wouldn’t work and I couldn’t figure out why. I might’ve dropped it a couple of times, and I believed that it had finally started to show.
