Great service! Pricing was fair and their website was very helpful in helping me determine what we needed. I simply must share this one! Best experience I had with these guys over at Germantown Locksmith Store! I needed to replace a busted deadbolt right away. I looked online and found a couple of firms, but none of them worked after 5 pm. Seriously??? Who gets back home at 5 pm these days? Somehow I landed up on http://www.GermantownLocksmithStore.com, which offered 24/7 service. I heaved a sigh of relief and called them up. I didn’t even care much for the pricing, as all I cared about was the safety of my property. But the dispatcher insisted on stating my problem and gave me an upfront price right over phone! Wow! John came over within a few minutes and replaced the lock with a new one. I couldn’t believe that the cost for the new lock, the call-out fees and the installation charges barely added up to $60. First, I live in the Germantown, MD and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Germantown Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Germantown Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

So, after an ugly fallout with my fiancé, who’s now my ex, I knew I had to change the locks. I couldn’t trust my ex to be civil after all that had transpired between us. I spoke to Andrew from Germantown Locksmith Store and he was just so understanding.. He got there quickly and after taking a look at the locks he told me that the locks still had life in them and could last a few more years. Rekeying was a better option instead of throwing away the locks. And after I’d given him the go (Why would I even say no? It was gonna cost me a lot less), he got the locks rekeyed in a few minutes.
