"I was strictly against hiding spare keys under rugs or in flower pots, since I believed that it would put my home security in risk. However, when I lost my keys and was locked out of my own home, that’s when I regretted my decision. It was now 9 pm and any chances of hiring a technician from the local hardware store in Waltham were now gone. A quick web search later, I found this website https://www.WalthamLocksmithStore.com that offered 24 hour services and decided to call them up. They turned up at my place within ten minutes.
David was a fun person to talk to and he immediately put me at ease saying that it’ll only take him a few minutes to unlock the door. And sure enough, the door was unlocked within minutes and he even made me a new set of keys for free. Waltham Locksmith Store sure knows how to keep its customers happy. They’re amazing and super talented!"

I was scouting for a good locksmith to revamp the security of my business establishment. The employees had doubled in number over the last year, and I felt that the security lacked in several aspects. Found this website https://www.WalthamLocksmithStore.com that offered free consultations, and decided to give it a shot. I must say, I’m truly amazed by the skill and professionalism shown by these guys. Gary was thorough with his job and clearly explained what needed improvement and why. I gave him the go-ahead.
Within two hours, Gary and his team had managed to replace five locks, installed a new keyless entry system, carried out repairs on the doors and also installed locks on the file cabinets. Such comprehensive and quality service – and it all came at an affordable price. Waltham Locksmith Store is clearly a winner among all other locksmiths in Waltham, MA….

I wasn’t too keen on it but my fiancé insisted on getting the locks changed to ‘fit’ into the style of the recently revamped house. The idea that locks were components meant for security and weren’t a decorative piece was totally lost on my fiancé. Anyway, I went ahead and called a locksmith from Waltham Locksmith Store based on the recommendation from my aunt. Surprisingly, the guy who came over, Mark I believe, didn’t find the idea as absurd as I did. In fact, he enthusiastically immersed himself and got busy with exploring the various options that would fit into the look of the home. I must say, I’m very impressed with the results. The new smart lock on my front door adds a futuristic appeal to the house while the other locks blend in with the rest of the fixtures.
While the services were excellent, it was what came after that I was worried about. But, I soon found out that my fears were baseless. The bill Mark handed out was very reasonable! Thanks to Aunt Marge for forwarding their number 781-519-7230 to me! That’s going up on my speed dial for any future requirements! Five stars!!! If you live in Waltham, MA, they’re the BEST!

Today I locked myself out of my apartment and my apartment does not have lock out service. "Call the Locksmith!" Thanks to Online search I was able to find this place and I am totally impressed with the service. I felt like a valued customer because they treated me with such high regard.... But we all know that I needed them and was really desperate! I got updates about the arrival time and Eddie worked tirelessly to open the commercial grade lock on my apartment door. Great Great Great Service! i will use Waltham Locksmith Store again.

Caught an advert recently on TV for a voice-activated lock and ordered it right away. I had a thing for all things tech and I just couldn’t miss out on this one! It worked fine for a week but after that, there was a considerable drop in the performance, and the troubles kept mounting up day after day. I decided to call someone to take a look at the nearly useless $200 lock. After Jones from Waltham Locksmith Store took a look, he confirmed my worst fear. The lock was of the worst quality and had I waited a little longer, I’d have either been locked out of my own home or would have returned to a burgled home. Jones was strictly against products advertized on telly. According to him, they are either fake or overpriced. Well, my two-hundred bucks were gone! Wish I’d received that piece of info earlier.
Nevertheless, Jones got a new lock installed, a far better one at a modest price! From now on, I’m only relying on his advice for all things related to locks. Highly recommend Jones and his team from Waltham Locksmith Store. Frankly, they’ve got great technicians onboard and are the BEST in Waltham, MA!!!

CAN IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS? I don’t think so! James from Waltham Locksmith Store was right on schedule, in fact, he was five minutes early. And the whole thing took him less than an hour to finish up. This included repairing an old lock, installing a new lock on my screen door AND installing a security chain on my front door. Very professional and quick! I had set aside a couple hundred bucks to hand it out to James, but turns out, I didn’t need as much. Their rates are nearly half of what other locksmith companies in Waltham, MA charge. That’s just given me another reason to make Waltham Locksmith Store my go-to locksmith! 10/10
