The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. I moved into my new condo a few months ago and kept slacking on adding a deadbolt. Having heard that there were rumored break-ins in my building, I knew it was time to get the deed done. Early on Saturday morning I scanned Online for a reputable locksmith company and came across Cambridge Lock And Key. I filled out the online form and Tom responded to me in about 30 minutes. He was already in Cambridge, MA that morning and could be at my place within the hour. Seriously??? Bonus points! When he showed up, he explained the lock he would add to my door and the extra security it would provide. He was extremely professional and made me feel at ease the whole time he was doing the job. But I chose to trust a neighbor instead who suggested that I call the guys from the locksmith store down the road. After wasting over 3 hours of my time, they’d only managed to get half the job done and said they’ll come the next morning to finish up the rest. Seriously? Was I supposed to a half installed door hanging wide open with no lock on it? To top it off, I had to pay them two-hundred bucks for doing a botched-up job. Furious, I called up Cambridge Lock And Key! These guys are just incredible! It barely took them an hour to set things straight. And the whole thing was done at an unbelievable price… Always choose a reputed firm like Cambridge Lock And Key!
