Ordered a set of keys from the hardware store for cheap, and found one of them broken in less than 3 weeks. I decided not to use them anymore and called Cambridge Locksmith Services for assistance. Though I was okay with taking my key to their workshop in Cambridge, these guys told me they’ll come to my place instead. Sure enough, they arrived barely twenty minutes later and got the keys made. When I put the key made by them and that made by the hardware store, I could notice the stark difference between the two. High quality on-location service at low prices – I couldn’t ask for more. I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Cambridge Locksmith Services and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Cambridge Locksmith Services ! :)
