I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it).
