Quincy Locksmith Services was able to send John on the very same day - which was fortunate because I made the original problem a lot worse by fiddling with things. John did great work and was very pleasant and courteous. And I thought the final price was definitely reasonable. I have a history of losing keys. There were just too many of them and I figured that a master key system would be my best option. I surfed the web and landed on https://www.QuincyLocksmithServices.com. It was evident from the reviews they had that they were good at setting up master key systems and so I called them. The technician, Gary I think his name was, arrived within twenty minutes. He took a look at my locks and started quizzing me as to why I needed the system. After careful consideration, he advised me against it. His argument was this: what if I end up losing the master key itself? Or worse, what if it fell into the wrong hands? I was stumped. I really thought I had the solution to my problems, but turns out, I didn’t. Gary recommended that I install a keypad lock instead. This way, I get to set a memorable code and never have to worry about where I’d kept my keys. Thanks a million for the suggestions and the new lock! If I hadn’t hired Quincy Locksmith Services, who knows how much money I’d have wasted on something completely unnecessary. I owe it you guys! The BEST in Quincy! Will definitely hire again!!!

Tom is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation (and sometimes without even prompting) to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. I dreaded finding a locksmith to install a deadbolt on my new apartment until I found Quincy Locksmith Services online yesterday afternoon, with glowing Online reviews and a modern web presence. He completely lived up to his positive reputation, and I will recommend him to everyone I know, and keep his number in my cell phone in case I'm ever locked out at 4am. Mike was available to come to Quincy, MA within hours of my call, and promptly e-mailed me a Paypal invoice for the price of the deadbolt as advertised on his website. He arrived at the scheduled time, and had the deadbolt installed within minutes. I can't recommend him highly enough, especially compared to every other shady locksmith I've encountered in the city.
