The technician from Somerville Locksmith Store visited my property, waited for extended periods and when I couldn’t keep my end of the appointment, he had to visit my property again. I finally made it and apologized profusely! When I received the final bill, I expected them to charge for the visits they’ve made, but they didn’t! Thank you so much for being so patient with me! Very friendly technician! I think his name was Dave! There was bad coverage in the locality where I was stuck, stranded out of my own car. I still had access to the web and a quick online search later I landed up in http://www.SomervilleLocksmithStore.com. I tried placing a call, but my call kept dropping and I resorted to typing an email though I knew that the chances of someone paying attention to my email were next to none. It was unbelievable when I got a response to my service request within ten minutes assuring me of help. Dave got there within ten minutes and helped me get back in my car! Had it not been for Somerville Locksmith Store, I would have probably had to abandon my car in search of a towing service or for better cell reception. Trust me when I say this, Somerville Locksmith Store is truly the best locksmith company in Somerville, MA! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Somerville Locksmith Store’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity. Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? I’ve called them nearly three times and not once have they been late or I’ve been charged more than necessary. I don’t think there could be anyone that’s any better in the entire Somerville, MA.
