As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Milford Locksmith Store to help me out. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job.
