Without hesitation, I hired them at once. I did have misgivings. I’d heard all about firms quoting a low price initially but overcharging towards the end. "I’d been away on a long vacation and when I came back home, there was a terrible sight awaiting me. The locks to my front door were broken, and whoever had broken into the property did away with most of the electronic goods. Thankfully, I hadn’t lost much, but the experience left me shaken nevertheless. After dealing with the authorities, the first thing I needed was – a locksmith. I’d moved into West Bridgewater only recently and didn’t know any reliable locksmith. My neighbor suggested West Bridgewater Locksmith and I must say, I’m very impressed with these guys. It was around 9 pm when I called these guys. They sent a technician to my place within 15 minutes. From the way they carried themselves to the manner in which they carried out the job, it was evident that they were complete pros. We got locked out of our loft in West Bridgewater, MA on a Sunday evening, Search Online for a locksmith and picked West Bridgewater Locksmith , he was at our place within 15 minutes. We have a pretty heavy duty lock I guess, we had no idea until he started working on it, but pretty soon he unlocked it and even did a little maintenance on it before he left!! After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Whitman Locksmith Service was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. Reviews aren’t my specialty, but here’s a bad attempt at reviewing a great company: Reliability: 10/10 – technician got there right on time Work: 10/10 – Installation barely took him minutes Quality: 10/10 – Lock installed was sourced from a top manufacturer Price: 10/10 – Best price on the lock, low call-out fee and no added charges To be honest, I couldn’t find a flaw and hence the ten on ten rating. Even when I kept shifting my schedules around, they kept following up with me and didn’t even impose a fee for the two times they got to my place on time, but I wasn’t there! But with West Bridgewater Locksmith I got a fairly good deal, in fact, it was the best deal of all the five firms I’d contacted. I scheduled the installation after work hours so that daily office activity would not take a hit. The team from West Bridgewater Locksmith got there five minutes before 10 pm and took less than an hour to complete the installation. They even noticed a rusted door hinge and replaced it.
