There was no way into my home, the only key I had, was now broken in the lock and the pieces were jammed inside. Hoping against hope, I called them up and received an immediate response. It was surprising, considering the fact that I was making the call after midnight. Within 20 minutes, Johnson had arrived, apologized for the extended wait and used some tool he took out of his van to get the pieces out. Apart from not charging me a dime extra for the late night service, Johnson even made me a new key for free. Can it get any better than this?? I don’t think so! I had my locks changed only last week with new ones and I wasn’t exactly in dire need of services from a locksmith at that moment. But I decided to test out all the hype surrounding Southborough Locksmith! My aunt recommended them, the neighbor recommended them and the people on the web seemed to have nothing but good stuff to say about these guys. I called them up to review my property, the new locks and determine if my security setup was robust enough to keep out any potential intruders. Turns out, it wasn’t, according to Eric from Southborough Locksmith. To prove his point, he dismantled the new lock installed only last week. To my utter disbelief, the lock on the outside looked all shiny and new, but the inside was made of pure plastic. Eric said it was common for locksmiths to scam people this way and get them to replace locks with expensive ones, only to replace it with cheap, poor-quality locks. That’s a lesson I’d learnt that day!!! I scheduled an appointment the following weekend and had those cheap locks replaced right away. It didn’t even cost me half of what it cost me earlier… Southborough Locksmith is definitely worthy of every bit of praise heaped upon it! The best in Southborough, MA, undeniably!!! Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.
