It had been nearly six years since I’d changed the locks on my door and what ensued was an eventuality I could have prevented, but I didn’t. One night, after a regular day at work, I reached home only to be greeted by a broken lock. This was my worst horror come true! A couple of my things went missing, including the stereo system and the silverware, but thankfully, there wasn’t much gone. After the police came in and registered a complaint, I decided to ring up a locksmith for assistance. I found positive reviews online for Southborough Locksmith and found their contact details on http://www.SouthboroughLocksmith.com. Few minutes later, a team of locksmiths landed up at my place, carried out a survey and presented options for a security overhaul. I was surprised by their thoroughness and complete professionalism. Also, their prices were quite reasonable and as a bonus, I did find a couple of coupons on their website that I exchanged for discounts. Half an hour later, I had newlocks on my front door and windows and had a sturdy door installed. Thanks to the guys at Southborough Locksmith, I’d never felt safer. Highly recommend them, if you happen to live in Southborough, MA!

There was no way into my home, the only key I had, was now broken in the lock and the pieces were jammed inside. Out of options, I took to the internet to seek answers and found https://www.SouthboroughLocksmith.com - a website that offered broken key extraction as part of its services. Hoping against hope, I called them up and received an immediate response. It was surprising, considering the fact that I was making the call after midnight. Within 20 minutes, Johnson had arrived, apologized for the extended wait and used some tool he took out of his van to get the pieces out. Apart from not charging me a dime extra for the late night service, Johnson even made me a new key for free. Can it get any better than this?? I don’t think so! Southborough Locksmith is no doubt the best in Southborough, MA 01772. Ten on Ten!

I can't recommend this Southborough Locksmith enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

I wanted one too and called Southborough Locksmith to discuss the options, but Gary talked me out of it! He gave me all the reasons why such a lock was completely wrong for me…And yes, after he was done, I did agree with him.. I barely knew how to operate a smartphone and the stuff I did know I learnt from my grandson. I’m sticking to my trusty deadbolts! Thanks to Southborough Locksmith for providing great advice!!! Jason asked quiet, specific questions including asking for photos, then asked if I could wait two days so he could send a problem solver. End of questions, Southborough Locksmith had expert solutions. Jason, unhurried, figured out the problem, explained it, resolved it even though it wasn't easy.

The guy who came over, Tony, was a complete pro. He knew his job really well. There was no way any other locksmith could have fixed up my MulTlock within minutes the way he did. Have saved their number 508-980-7053 and am definitely calling them in the future.

Be it online shopping or calling a locksmith from stuff you read up on website, I’ve grown not to trust the web world at all! Be it online shopping or calling a locksmith from stuff you read up on website, I’ve grown not to trust the web world at all! But when my ignition threw up a tantrum in the middle of the road, I was left with no choice – it was either a locksmith or a car manufacturer – and I wasn’t too keen on the latter! I looked online and landed up on http://www.SouthboroughLocksmith.com. I hadn’t tried them out before and hoped they’d be different from the other locksmith service firms I had called up in the past! And they were! They promised me an arrival time of 15 minutes and to my amazement, they got there in less than ten minutes. I had quite an important meeting lined up that day and had it not been for Southborough Locksmith, I would’ve never made it! Thanks! You guys are awesome!!! Unparalleled service in Southborough, MA
