When we called, early evening, we were told to expect a return call within minutes and we did. We explained our needs and vendor brand name preference. Later that same evening, a worker called us to arrange a visit to see what needed to be done, ordered, etc. We were then told that we would get a phone call the next day with the cost breakdown - and we did. We asked if this included labor, which we expected it would not, but to our delight, labor was included. We were then told that we would get a phone later that day with about 30 - 60 minutes lead time for appointment arrival. And that is what happened. The entire installation took less than one and half hours. The installer was very professional and focused, knowledgeable about products, quite patient with all our questions and concerns, and worked diligently, cleaned up well, and tested keys. From start to finish, the entire process and experience was quite smooth.
