I called them on 410-864-0454 and their customer care executive was ever so polite. He didn’t ask unnecessary questions, but just asked me to ping my location. In another 20 minutes a locksmith arrived and God knows what he did, all it took was a few seconds and the door opened up. Would for sure recommend you guys to anyone in need of emergency locksmith assistance! You're definitely the best! Great job!!!

Just about everyone was getting these automatic locks for their garage, but mine was still stuck in the last century. Unsure whether it would fit my budget, I called up a couple of firms in Owings Mills, MD 21117 to enquire. Most were unwilling to provide information over the phone. However, when I dialed 410-864-0454, the dispatcher was helpful and even gave me an approximate quote over the phone. Hired them right away! And the new lock is simply amazing. I’d just evicted a tenant and needed the lock changed. When I called them up on 410-864-0454 and asked them to help me install a new lock I’d purchased from the nearby hardware shop, little did I expect them to get there so fast. I think the technician arrived in about ten minutes! Wow, that was super quick! Anyway, once I showed him the lock I needed installed, Eric from Owings Mills Locksmith Store told me that it wasn’t a great one and the existing one would do a better job at securing my property. I couldn’t believe it! I’d just paid $100 for it, and Eric dismissed it as something completely useless. That’s when he explained how a DIY rekeyable lock wasn’t great for security. If you could do it, anyone could do it – that’s what he said! He had a point! I planned on returning the lock. Eric suggested that I rekey the existing the lock, which I did! Thanks to Eric and his entire team at Owings Mills Locksmith Store for helping me out! You guys surely are the best in Owings Mills, MD!! Would I recommend them? YES!

I simply must share this one! Best experience I had with these guys over at Owings Mills Locksmith Store! I needed to replace a busted deadbolt right away. I looked online and found a couple of firms, but none of them worked after 5 pm. Seriously??? Who gets back home at 5 pm these days? Somehow I landed up on http://www.OwingsMillsLocksmithStore.com, which offered 24/7 service. I heaved a sigh of relief and called them up. I didn’t even care much for the pricing, as all I cared about was the safety of my property. But the dispatcher insisted on stating my problem and gave me an upfront price right over phone! Wow! John came over within a few minutes and replaced the lock with a new one. I couldn’t believe that the cost for the new lock, the call-out fees and the installation charges barely added up to $60. Definitely opting for Owings Mills Locksmith Store again! And I recommend that you give them a try too if you happen to live in Owings Mills, MD!

Despite John from Owings Mills Locksmith Store insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Owings Mills, MD….
