The damage was done. The new lock I purchased from the hardware store with an intention to install it myself was now ruined. Defeated, I surfed the web and found https://www.GlenBurnieLockAndKey.com. Eddie got there in minutes. Once he took a look at the lock, he informed me that it was a cheap counterfeit and that’s why it had been damaged so easily due to the rough handling. I felt completely stupid, having wasted 50 bucks on a useless lock. Eddie reassured me that he would fix the genuine one at a lesser price – and so he did. Wish I’d hired Glen Burnie Lock And Key in the first place, instead of wasting my time dabbling in stuff that was beyond me. If you live in Glen Burnie, MD, hire them – they’re EXCELLENT!!!

You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). I have recommended this locksmith business to other establishments I know of, cheers to you Dave and Scott. Glen Burnie Lock And Key are the best in .

After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access. It was a stupid idea, I know, but I just didn’t have the patience to wait it out for hours to get assistance from a locksmith and figured this was the best way. Twenty minutes later, I’d grabbed a rock and had smashed the window. It was only after that that I realized I was unable to reach the ledge. Furious with myself, I reluctantly called a locksmith I found online. To my utter disbelief, Eric from Glen Burnie Lock And Key arrived in less than ten minutes. He opened up the lock in seconds. He also enquired about the damage on the window that I was too embarrassed to admit was done by me. Anyway, he had all this machinery with him in his van and he had a new glass panel fitted on to my window in no time. As for the bill, it was way lower than I expected. The next time something like this happens to me, instead of doing something really stupid, calling Glen Burnie Lock And Key would be my first port of call! I’ve had their number 410-454-0165 saved up for good measure! You should too! They’re the best in Glen Burnie, MD!
