For the first time in my life, I was left utterly helpless and that too by a faulty lock! No matter how much I tried, I just couldn’t get the lock to open. But I chose to trust a neighbor instead who suggested that I call the guys from the locksmith store down the road. Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Swampscott Locksmith Store folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Swampscott Locksmith Store !!!

I called them and in a matter of hours they had installed security locks on both of my steel fire doors at a good price. I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Swampscott Locksmith Store and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Swampscott Locksmith Store ! :)

There’s a reason why you should always hire firms of repute such as Swampscott Locksmith Store - and I learned this the hard way. My locks had been giving me trouble for quite a while and I decided to have them looked over by a local locksmith. The guy who turned up had absolutely no clue what he was doing. I figured that out an hour after he’d had his way with the locks and it went from bad to worse! I just couldn’t believe it! After wrecking my lock, he even had the nerve to demand a service fee.
