We provide the following litigation support services to the legal community and public: Process Serving Services: The staff at e-Legal Services, Inc. are happy to serve your legal documents anywhere within the United States. Should you need assistance locating the individual, we offer skip-tracing, which allows us to track down defendants using industry leading databases. Service includes providing you with a completed affidavit of service for filing. All of our process servers are licensed, bonded, and extremely diligent. Court Services: e-Legal Services, Inc. can assist in all of your court service requests. We offer walk-in court filings, as well as e-filings throughout the State of California. We also offer court research services to assist you in obtaining documents out of any court file through out the nation. Records Retrieval: We offer full-service records retrieval for medical and business records. If you are obtaining records with a signed authorization, you can simply send us that form and we will coordinate with the facilities on your behalf to get the records quickly and efficiently. If you are obtaining records with a subpoena, we will prepare the subpoena and notice to consumer (if applicable), complete all calendaring and mailings, serve the facilities with the appropriate documents and witness fees, then coordinate with the facilities to copy the subpoenaed records and get them to you on the deposition date. We have equipment ready to copy the records you need, from small charts to large multi-box jobs. Trial Services: e-Legal Services, Inc. can assist you during trial. We offer a variety of services including equipment rental (laptop, projector, screen, elmo, etc.), courier services, photocopying of Trial Notebooks and Jury Questionnaires, and conference room rental (with parking) located steps to court.
