Trustworthy locksmiths are hard to come by, and so when you do find one, don’t let them go! It’s been over 4 years since I’ve been associated with Wilmette Locksmith Store and they’ve never given me a reason to complain. Always on time, friendly and professional, they’ve made me feel like a valued customer every time I’ve hired them. I’ve hired other firms in Wilmette , IL, and can say it with the utmost confidence that I’ve found no match to them. Ten on Ten!

Awesome service, good speed, excellent prices and attention to detail. Wilmette Locksmith Store replaced the lost key with a new one and reconfigured the system to erase the details of the old key. They got that done quickly and I still had time to spare. They even rekeyed the locks in my home upon request, though I hadn’t hired them for it in the first place. If stolen car keys could be misused so could the home keys, and I didn’t want to take any chances. I could say more about them, but I guess the overall positive feedback is enough to give you an idea. When I need a locksmith in Wilmette , IL, beyond doubt, I’ll call their number 847-462-7233.. You should too!

After I returned home from a really long vacation to find my door locks damaged beyond recognition, it was clear that someone had tried to crack it open, but failed. I couldn’t risk it again and needed my locks fixed right away. Wilmette Locksmith Store was the only company that offered me a flat rate. Jones even followed up with me through text to get a picture of the lock so that they could offer a precise quote! I didn’t know locksmiths were this tech-savvy until I met Jones! Anyway, Jones didn’t charge me anything extra that what he’d quoted. In fact, he lowered the price after he found that there wasn’t much that needed fixing on the lock. And that’s what I call a true professional! Hats off to Jones and his team from Wilmette Locksmith Store!!! Keep up the great work in Wilmette , IL! Five stars all around!!!

24 hour services are a lifesaver!!! Especially, the one from Wilmette Locksmith Store. After getting home from work, I realized my keys were no longer in my pockets. I wish I’d snuck in a spare under the rug or something. Anyway, Wilmette Locksmith Store was the only firm that responded to my call and was extremely compassionate. James got there within a few minutes, and got a new key made. I asked him for another spare that I could hide outside my home, but James was against it! He told me that in a majority of burglaries, thieves got in using the spares. Well, that’s something I didn’t know! Thanks James for helping me out in a crisis – and thanks for the great piece of advice! Wilmette Locksmith Store is the best for 24/7 service in Wilmette , IL! Would recommend them!

Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Wilmette Locksmith Store because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes. Working with Wilmette Locksmith Store was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Wilmette Locksmith Store and would definitely call them again.

So glad that I found Wilmette Locksmith Store! Compared to the price offered by other locksmiths in the Wilmette , IL region, what they have on offer is on the lower end. And if you think they make a compromise on quality, think again. I’ve hired them around three times now, and every time their service level and workmanship has left me amazed. Enquire via email [email protected] if you want to check how low their prices are. Highly recommend their service!!!
