Needed new keys to hand out to the maid and called Gary Expert Locksmith up! The dispatcher was ever so polite, asked a couple of questions and gave me price over the phone! That was great! Boy am I glad my fiance found Gary Expert Locksmith online. We just moved to and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.

I don't normally write reviews but I was so impressed by the service I figured I had to share. Found Gary Expert Locksmith online because of their rave reviews, loved that they displayed prices online, and after writing then about setting up an appointment, Jerry replied almost immediately and we set up an appointment for the next day. Jerry showed up on time actually 3 min early and went to work. Apparently my door has some issues because it is crooked but Jerry made it work and reassured me that it was still super safe. Price was exactly what was displayed online so there were no surprises. I would 100% recommend them to anyone, Gary Expert Locksmith are the BEST in Gary, IN !!!!

I wasn’t too keen on it, but yes, after my brother insisted, I decided to go ahead and call a locksmith. The lock on my front door looked old and rusted! And although it seemed sturdy, my brother thought that it gives off an aura of being an easy target to intruders. He did have a point! So, I called Gary Expert Locksmith as he suggested and Jones came in immediately to take a look at the lock. I asked him to give me a price right then. I was a little low on cash and didn’t wanna end up paying up everything I had to these guys. Jones was quite understanding and gave me a flat rate, which was surprisingly low. All I hoped for was that he didn’t add on anything to the bill at the end – which he didn’t! Now the lock on my front door gives off an aura that says ‘back-off’.
