Hired Carmel Locksmith Store to rekey the locks throughout the apartment complex. On time, polite and very professional, Jeff got the job done in less than two hours. I was very impressed with his speed and more so with his focus on customer service. Though I’d only asked him to rekey the lock on the gate, Jeff went above and beyond fine tuning the gate hinge to make sure it didn’t slam shut and wake everyone up. So considerate and helpful!

Thanks to Joe from Carmel Locksmith Store for getting the job done at such short notice. He got there in like ten minutes versus the 30-minute timeframe he’d earlier given. Once he arrived at my place, drilling the hole to make way for the deadbolt and the complete installation took him just minutes. Completely satisfied with the quality of work! Joe is the best in Carmel, IN and I’ll feel 100% confident calling his team again in the future.

He’s got a remarkable personality. Friendly, fun and courteous, he kept explaining every step of the process so I wouldn’t feel left out.
