I am a licensed real estate agent/loan officer in the Texas City, TX, 77590 area. Obviously I understand the importance of a first good impression when viewing properties, not only from the outside, but the inside as well. I have worked with Jerry Brown Paint & Dry Wall. Painting on several occasions and every occasion was done with the upmost care and consideration of all those involved.

I hired Jerry Brown Paint & Dry Wall to paint my two story colonial home. They did a great job and went above and beyond what was expected. They cleaned gutters and repaired some rotten casings. This was the neatest painting I have seen.

DO NOT use this provider. I contracted him to paint, caulk and complete some framing on my house. Jerry said it would be 3 days and 2 weeks later he left the job incomplete.
The quality of his work and professionalism was very poor. He showed up for work around 11am and left around 3pm. His crew was different every day and I don't think any of them were painters, maybe day workers. I had to talk to him several times about cleaning his pain equipment in my yard and cigarette butts on the ground.
He contracted the job for 1650 to paint and 150 to put a couple corner boards and sophit up. He wanted 800 to start but we worked out 500. after 5 days he asked for more so he could pay his crew. The were getting mad because I said when you are finished. My mistake was I was afraid they would do something to the house and that his crew would not eat so I gave him another 300.
He said they were finished and we walked one side of the house and I told him he is not done and that he needs to walk the house. I felt if I showed him something that was all he was going to do and I might miss something and I knew he would say "you did not show me that". He said they would be back in the morning. They have not showed in 4 days and he will not return my calls or text.
I have 2 doors no painted at all and lots of thin painted areas.
Again stay away from Jerry Brown Painting.
