It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Miami Beach , FL , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called <Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.) He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) After wasting over 3 hours of my time, they’d only managed to get half the job done and said they’ll come the next morning to finish up the rest. Seriously? Was I supposed to a half installed door hanging wide open with no lock on it? To top it off, I had to pay them two-hundred bucks for doing a botched-up job.
