Wow, just wow. Had to update this - a couple nights after Mike fixed the cylinder lock, I had trouble getting in (turns out my door and inside lock needed to be replaced). He eventually replaced the entire inside lock with a spare (which he didnt' have to do), made some adjustments to how the lock hits my door frame and didn't charge me anything for his time in doing this.
