Managing the keys was getting hectic and it wasn’t long before someone managed to sneak off a key from the key bunch and use it to gain access to the storage area. He provided two options: install keyless locks or rekey to a master key system. I didn’t really have the budget to replace all the locks in the property with the digital ones and so I told him to go ahead with the second option. From 24 keys, the number was brought down to 3 with one master key that operated all the locks. Ronnie even installed a key safe to ensure there is no key theft in the future. Trust me when I say this, Des Plaines Locksmith Service is truly the best locksmith company in Des Plaines, IL! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Des Plaines Locksmith Service’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity. Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? Very friendly technician! I think his name was Dave! There was bad coverage in the locality where I was stuck, stranded out of my own car. I tried placing a call, but my call kept dropping and I resorted to typing an email though I knew that the chances of someone paying attention to my email were next to none. It was unbelievable when I got a response to my service request within ten minutes assuring me of help. Dave got there within ten minutes and helped me get back in my car! Had it not been for Des Plaines Locksmith Service, I would have probably had to abandon my car in search of a towing service or for better cell reception. It was a stupid idea, I know, but I just didn’t have the patience to wait it out for hours to get assistance from a locksmith and figured this was the best way. Twenty minutes later, I’d grabbed a rock and had smashed the window. It was only after that that I realized I was unable to reach the ledge. Furious with myself, I reluctantly called a locksmith I found online. To my utter disbelief, Eric from Des Plaines Locksmith Service arrived in less than ten minutes. He opened up the lock in seconds. He also enquired about the damage on the window that I was too embarrassed to admit was done by me. Anyway, he had all this machinery with him in his van and he had a new glass panel fitted on to my window in no time. As for the bill, it was way lower than I expected.
