At half past 10p on a Monday night, there is nothing more annoying than a busted deadbolt that you cannot open when leftover Smith & Wollensky is in one hand and workout clothes in the other. I had been waiting for the day/night when my MacGyver skills would fail, or more accurately, the poor install would crumble.
