Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Camden Lock And Locksmith folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam.
