Excellent work! Got my hopeless smart lock up and running in no time. It’s only a temporary fix. Gary from Basking Ridge Locksmith Store clearly told me that the lock I’d purchased from the hardware store wasn’t the real thing and advised me to change it as soon as I have the money for a new lock. For now, it’s operational, thanks to Gary. Planning on buying a new, high-quality lock from them the next month after my paycheck arrives. I can’t recommend them enough. If you live in Basking Ridge, NJ, zero chances you’ll find anyone better. Check their website https://www.BaskingRidgeLocksmithStore.com if you need more info….

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Basking Ridge Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Thanks Guys!

I literally have nothing bad to say about these Basking Ridge Locksmith Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Basking Ridge, NJ and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Basking Ridge Locksmith Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

I Called Basking Ridge Locksmith Store requesting their prices and I was really impressed with what they quoted! It wasn’t the only firm in Basking Ridge, NJ that I contacted. Caught up in a financial crisis and facing a troublesome lock pushed me towards exploring a host of options before settling for one. While a few companies refused to quote prices upfront, there were a few that charged ridiculously high prices. I’m really glad I found these guys from Basking Ridge Locksmith Store! Nominal prices that would fit an average worker’s pocket… And the service is simply outstanding! Prompt, efficient and affordable, Basking Ridge Locksmith Store is definitely the No.1 in Basking Ridge, NJ!!!

Nearly everyone was getting their locks changed to these ultra-modern ones and I had been wondering contemplating it for a while. But I wasn’t sure how well these locks would fare. So, I called Jeff from Basking Ridge Locksmith Store for advice. He assessed the property and advised me against opting for it, unless my only goal was to spend a fortune for a futuristic-looking lock. The locks in place were good enough, although he did advise new locks for the windows. He could have sold me an expensive lock and made money, but instead, he offered genuine advice. And I really appreciate Jeff for it! Now Basking Ridge Locksmith Store has become one-stop destination in Basking Ridge, NJ for all things locksmith and security! It just can’t get any better than this! Recommend them!

Gorge was great! - very quick and responsive (I called him at 7:25pm while he was waiting for another client to show up and he got to my place around 8pm) - very thorough (went out again to get another piece to fit around my lock so that it actually fit in with the door) - and just did a great job …

Gorge was great! - very quick and responsive (I called him at 7:25pm while he was waiting for another client to show up and he got to my place around 8pm) - very thorough (went out again to get another piece to fit around my lock so that it actually fit in with the door) - and just did a great job all around (considering that my lock had been crazily installed previously, resulting in the lock actually poking out of the door, and actually having broken my key IN the lock) Too bad this is one of those businesses that you'd hope to never use again! (but if I were ever drunkenly locked out I'd definitely call Basking Ridge Locksmith Store )
