Excellent work! Got my hopeless smart lock up and running in no time. It’s only a temporary fix. Gary from Basking Ridge Locksmith Store clearly told me that the lock I’d purchased from the hardware store wasn’t the real thing and advised me to change it as soon as I have the money for a new lock. For now, it’s operational, thanks to Gary. Planning on buying a new, high-quality lock from them the next month after my paycheck arrives. I can’t recommend them enough. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Basking Ridge Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Thanks Guys!
